About Casey Bell

Casey joined the commercial real estate business in 2006, priding himself on work ethic and accountability and has fostered these traits into solid client relationships. Casey is known for his transparency in dealing with clients and outside real estate agents. He primarily focuses on the Richmond and Delta industrial markets specializing in strata project sales, landlord agency assignments, building sales, land sales, tenant mandates, lease negotiations and lease renewal negotiations.
Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Capilano University. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Casey was born and raised in North Vancouver and lives there with his wife, two children and dog.
