Bruno Fiorvento has over twenty-two years of industrial brokerage experience specializing in owner user building sales, investment sales, tenant representation, build-to-suit development, custom-built facilities and strata development project marketing. His ability and understanding of complicated requirements have led to strong client relationships with many fortune 500 companies.

Bruno has completed over 800 lease transactions sold and leased over 5,500,000 SF of industrial, totalling more than $600,000,000 in value. Bruno has received the Service of Excellence award as voted by clients in recognition of top service performance in Canada.

Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Simon Fraser University. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
