Mark is a member of the JLL’s Metro Vancouver Industrial Group, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions, landlord and tenant representation and lease negotiations in Delta, Richmond, Burnaby and Vancouver.

Mark prides himself on his ability to uncover off-market opportunities and locate strategic sites for clients in Vancouver’s notoriously supply constraint market. He is known for his prospecting success, building strong relationships with developers, owner-occupiers and tenants, and his positive attitude. He has in-depth knowledge of the market and trends with a “boots on the ground” approach. Mark provides the highest level of service through communication, accountability and ethics for his client’s success.

Before joining real estate, Mark lived in Taiwan intensively learning Mandarin while working for a logistics company. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts specializing in Political Science and Government from the University of Victoria.
