About Stefan Morissette

Stefan is a senior member of the JLL’s Metro Vancouver Industrial Group. He is focused on growing the firm’s already dominant presence in the Lower Mainland industrial markets through long-standing client relationships and continued business development. Stefan is committed to acting as a business partner and trusted advisor to clients giving them the best advice in the current market based on access to invaluable market data and trends to allow them to make the right decision at the right time for them and their business.
Stefan started his commercial real estate career in 2009 at Colliers, focused on industrial leasing and sales in Richmond, Delta and Burnaby. As of 2026, Stefan has completed more than 600 transactions consisting of over 6,000,000 square feet of industrial real estate and a total dollar value of over one billion dollars.
Stefan is a BCIT commercial real estate program graduate. He lives in Vancouver with his wife and two sons.
